At Zula, food choices range from basics, such as brown rice and soy, to more exotic dishes, such as seaweed salads. It's the perfect fusion of tradition Indonesian cooking and macrobiotic ingredients. None of the desserts contain sugar, dairy or artificial flavors. According to the Sieryu Villa in Kuta, Bali, the owner "studied macrobiotic cuisine for 12 years in the U.S. and Japan and has created an irresistible menu."
