Situated between Beach Haven and North Beach Haven, Black Whale Bar & Fish House is a local hot-spot with a a pub-like feel and delicious seafood. The restaurant has a personal feel, with 23 tables in addition to a relaxed bar. Specials at Black Whale include lobster, Dungeness Crab, clams, oysters and seafood bisque. Sandpiper Restaurant

Sandpiper is a family-run eatery at the corner of 11th Street and the Boulevard in Surf City. The restaurant features homemade soups and sauces and delectable steaks, seafood and pasta entrees.The executive chef is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, so it's no doubt that the food is above par.
