Jeff and Cindy Christ are the proud owners of The Tin Star Inn and Trading Post. The Inn offers a selection of eight cozy motel rooms as well as a host of cabins and guest house rentals. Motel rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, microwave, small refrigerator, television with VCR, and a full bath with tub and shower. Jeff Christ warns that "guests don't come to Greer for the television reception." Videos rentals are available at the on-site general store.

The Trading Post is stalked full of everything from authentic Indian jewelry to fishing tackle. Guests are encouraged to enjoy a cup of cowboy coffee while surfing the Internet on their laptops. ATV four-wheel off-road vehicles are available for hourly rental. As of 2009, ATV hourly rates start at $35 per hour while room rates started at $59 per night.

Greer Mountain Resort

Greer Mountain Resort is nestled in the White Mountain ponderosa pines. The resort offers an interesting selection of accommodations from motel-like studios in duplex cabins to cozy mountain mobile homes. Guests park their mountain bikes outside their comfortably furnished knotty pine studios with full kitchens. Fly fisherman are a quick walk to the river, while skiers enjoy the easy access to the Sunrise Ski Resort. After working up an appetite, the locals are found devouring the homemade cobblers at Greer Mountain Resort Café. As of 2009, the studio rates start at $95 per night.

Greer Lodge Resort's Log Motel

The beautifully decorated Greer Lodge Resort's Log Motel is located just off the main street of the historic village of Greer. The Log Motel faces the two privately stocked trout ponds. Guests are provided with free flying-fishing equipment and lessons. Each room creates a mountain rustic atmosphere with hand-hewn log walls and cozy front porches. Guests enjoy eating at the Neon Moon Restaurant after a day of exploring Greer Meadow or the National Forest. The residents at the Log Motel are privy to all the amenities of the Greer Lodge Resort properties. As of 2009, the room rates start at $69 per night.
