Romano's Macaroni Grill is an Italian restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Aside from the lunch and dinner menu, it also has a family-style menu with dishes that serve eight to 10 people. Items on the menu include appetizers, brick-oven pizzas, sandwiches, soups and salads, stuffed pasta, hand-crafted pasta, and grilled entrees.
