McBee Cottages
Two blocks from the beach, the lovely McBee Cottages offer peace and serenity with a homey atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, the property offers a barbecue area, fire pit and picnic tables, and is pet friendly for a fee. Built in 1941, all 10 of the attached cottages have been meticulously revamped--providing modern amenities while preserving their original charm. With three different Cape Cod-inspired designs, the cottages are classically furnished with their own fireplace, kitchenette and breakfast nook. A short walk from the town's many galleries, restaurants and boutiques, McBee's is also ideally located near Ecola State Park. The backdrop for a number of scenes from Twilight and the Goonies, the park covers over 1,300 acres, offering dense forests, scenic trails and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
