Colton, California, is a mid-size city in San Bernardino County. It owes much of its history and heritage to the desert and the railroads as the Colton Crossing is located within the city limits. The Colton Crossing is one of the busiest railroad crossings in the country, and the Burlington Northern, Santa Fe and Union Pacific cross here. RV touring the area allows visitors to explore the deserts, mountains, and railroad history.

The Terrace Village RV Park is a pet-friendly campground with many amenities. Reche Canyon

The Reche Canyon Mobile Estates offers RV travelers a camping community. RV sites have full hook-ups including 30- or 50-amp electric, water and sewer. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is available for free. Long-term stays are welcome with discounted rates, depending on length of stay. Pets are allowed and there is a pet walk and play area available. A coin-operated laundry, shower room, guest house with kitchen, lending library, game room, and playground are on-site for guest use and enjoyment. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the park. Reche Canyon is in a central location to Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Death Valley National Park.

The Banning Stagecoach KOA is a few minutes from Colton. For RV travelers who like the familiarity of chain campgrounds the Banning Stagecoach KOA will make them feel at home.
