Restaurants in Greenwich Village, NYC

Restaurants in Greenwich Village, NYC
Greenwich Village is a largely residential neighborhood in Manhattan, and it's home to New York University. The area boasts a variety of urban parks, including the West 4th Street Courts which has playing facilities for basketball and handball. Washington Square Park is perhaps the most famous. It includes a large, tree-filled sitting area, lawn and volleyball courts. Restaurants are plentiful in Greenwich Village, and you should have no trouble finding one that suits your taste.

Peanut Butter & Co.

After biking on the Manhattan Waterfront Greenway, a trail that circumnavigates the island, go a few blocks inland to Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop. The company makes all of its peanut butter on site and offers numerous variations on the typical sandwich. Try the Peanut Butter BLT with fresh cut bacon or The Elvis, featuring a grilled Peanut Butter sandwich with bananas and honey. For a throwback to childhood, try Ants on a Log for an appetizer. Non-peanut butter lovers have sandwich options as well.
