Three Rivers, California Cabins
Three Rivers, Calif., is the gateway city to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Tucked away in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, Three Rivers offers visitors small-town hospitality and access to a variety of outdoor activities, including horseback riding, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, white-water rafting and boating.

The River Inn and Cabins

One mile from the entrance to Sequoia National Park, the River Inn and Cabins gives guests a secluded and quiet place while being close to town. Knotty Pine interiors accent the guest cabins, and amenities include full kitchens, towel and linen service, barbecue grills and premium beds. The River Oak Cabin has a private hot tub, sitting room with a loveseat and a television with cable. The Twin Oaks and Live Oak Cabins offer guests loveseats, tables and chair, televisions and patio. The Kawaeh Cabin is the largest cabin and can accommodate up to five people. There is no smoking in the cabins and pets are not allowed. Reservations are recommended between April and October. AAA discounts are available.

Sequoia Motel and Cabins

The Sequoia Motel and Cabins are available for up to to six people and have fireplaces, full kitchens, patio decks and barbecue gas grills. All cabins have televisions with cable, with the exception of the Sleeping Cabin. Three-quarters or full baths are in cabins, depending on guest needs and group sizes. All cabins are non-smoking. The Sleeping Cabin does not have a kitchen but is next to the library, which has basic cooking facilities. All guests have access to the on-site swimming pool. Reservations are recommended between April and October.

Silver City Mountain Resort

The Silver City Mountain Resort offers options from historic cabins to guest chalets. Several cabins have views of nearby Avalanche Peak. The Sawtooth Cabin is handicapped-equipped to ADA standards and has an antique claw-foot tub in the bathroom. All cabins are non-smoking. Cabin options are available for groups up to eight people and all have full kitchens. There is a restaurant and store on the grounds. Pets are not allowed. Silver City is open seasonally between April and October. Reservations are recommended.
