Named for its abundant sea turtle nests, this campground is conveniently located near the Gulf of Mexico, Little Sarasota Bay and the Siesta Key Public Beach. There are 40 camping sites both for RV and tents. Electricity hookups, cable TV, Internet access, a boat ramp, grills and picnic areas are available. Recreational activities include fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and hiking.

Sarasota Sunny South is an RV resort that is also a mobile home park, located near Siesta Key Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
