The town of Pahrump, Nevada, is a rural community located approximately one hour outside of Las Vegas. The desert setting offers opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, although visitors may want to stay inside during the summer months when daytime temperatures regularly exceed 100 degrees.

Terrible's Lakeside Casino & RV Park

The RV park at Terrible's Lakeside Casino is spread out around a seven-acre, man-made lake. Pedal boats and kayaks are available to rent and fishing is permitted on the lake, which is stocked with bluegill, crappie and large-mouth bass. Guests to the RV park can also enjoy a heated in-ground swimming pool and hot tub, nine-hole Frisbee golf course, horseshoe pit and a sandy beach perfect for sunbathing. Other amenities include three comfort stations with toilets, showers and laundry rooms. Each of the 160 RV sites features a concrete patio and full service hook-ups. The average site length is 55 feet and some oversized sites are available for large RVs. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance, and the office opens each morning at 8 a.m.

Saddle West

Saddle West RV resort has 80 pull-through RV sites with full hookups. Showers are on-site as well as laundry facilities. Guests also have access to the Saddle West hotel amenities including a heated pool and hot tub. Two restaurants are located within the casino, giving guests the option of an all-you-can-eat buffet or a 24-hour cafe. Dogs and cats are welcome but are expected to be well-behaved and attended at all times.

Nevada Treasure RV Resort

Nevada Treasure is a 20-acre resort with more than 200 RV sites featuring full hookups and automobile parking space for additional vehicles. Some sites also feature gazebos and gas barbecue grills. Resort amenities include two heated swimming pools and a 24-hour Jacuzzi, a six-lane bowling center and a nine-hole putting green. A 24-hour fitness center is also located on-site and features cardio and weight machines as well as separate men's and women's locker rooms each equipped with showers, steam rooms, sauna, message rooms and a Jacuzzi. A coin-operated laundry room is available, and security officers patrol the resort 24 hours a day. This resort is pet friendly with hot and cold bath facilities, pet walks and a separate pet area for guests traveling with animals.
