Restaurants in Palazzo, Las Vegas

The sister property to The Venetian, Palazzo was opened to expand the Italian-themed resort's offerings of gaming, accommodations and dining. The restaurants in the Palazzo offer a mix of price and theme for discerning palates and for those outdoors enthusiasts filling up after a long day out hiking at Red Rock Canyon. Make reservations if you plan to dine in the evening as many of these restaurants fill quickly.

This restaurant offering American dishes is operated by famed New Orleans chef Emeril Lagasse. The names comes from the most preferred seating arrangement at his flagship Crescent City restaurant.
