Chez Philippe offers AAA Four-Diamond dining, set in the elegant grandeur of the historic Peabody Hotel. The menu at Chez Philippe offers a truly unique blending of French techniques and Asian ingredients, which will leave you with a truly authentic and memorable dining experience. Dinners are available in three or five courses, and guests are able to select each course. Appetizers and soups include such delicious selections as Butternut Squash Bisque, Hearts of Palm Casserole and Goose Foie Gras Chicken Liver Pate. Main courses offer such culinary delights as Maine Scallops, Loin of Venison and Scottish Salmon. A dessert finale might include an Assorted Cheese Plate or a Roasted Pumpkin Waffle, among others.
