The Crab Trap Fine Food & Spirits offers seafood dishes in a dining room that overlooks Great Egg Harbor Bay. This restaurant sits within several hundred feet of the historically significant Somer's Mansion, one of the oldest settlements in the state. This large venue seats up to 400 comfortably. The restaurant offers a numerous seafood selections that highlight the fresh, ocean caught proteins available in the area. Charlie's Bar & Restaurant has been a Somers Point favorite since 1944. The bar and restaurant, now owned by the fourth generation, offers tasty pub style food in a welcoming environment. The bar specializes in oversized iced drinks as well as foreign and domestic beers, an extensive wine list and a variety of liquors. The restaurant offers full service dining and features popular American cuisine including wings, prime rib and southwestern favorites. Charlie's is regularly the site of community events. Individuals seeking information about upcoming events can contact the restaurant, or check their website which is updated regularly. A back room, which can accommodate up to 65 easily, is available to reserve for social gatherings. Guests reserving the party room can select from a per-planned catering menu, or elect instead of order favorites off the traditional menu. The bar and restaurant accepts cash only. Diners can enjoy the atmosphere and try the great food at Charlie's Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Mac's Restaurant

Diners at Mac's enjoy the restaurant's contemporary take on classic American favorites. The restaurant, which specializes in seafood, is decorated in modern fashion with rich, dark tones throughout. The main eating area can also be rented out for parties of up to 250. Mac's is open for dinner only. Visitors can try out their unique menu from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
