Home to the University of Arizona, Tucson is at the base of the Catalina and Rincon mountains in southern Arizona. The city offers many recreational activities because of its proximity to the mountains and also the city's more than 120 parks. There are five public golf courses, according to the Visit Tucson website. The nearby Coronado National Forest offers hiking, birding, rock climbing, picnicking, camping, and fishing in the summer, and skiing and sledding in the summer.

Chopstix Asian Diner

Chopstix Asian Diner, near the Tucson Electric Ballpark, serves lunch and dinner until 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and until 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Menu items include orange chicken, shrimp pad Thai and egg drop soup. Most menu items are served buffet-style. While the dessert menu is brief, it does include items such as red bean ice cream and mango raspberry cake.

Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant

The interior of the Golden Dragon is dominated by a picture of the Great Wall of China, as well as dragons everywhere. Located in Tucson's Foothills neighborhood, Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant specializes in Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. Menu items include kung pao shrimp, beef chop suey and Peking duck. Three other locations are also in Tucson.

Lotus Garden

Located in the northeast area of Tucson, Lotus Garden's menu includes Cantonese and Szechuan food. Menu items include lotus blossom, crystal shrimp and lobster Cantonese. Most food is prepared fresh when ordered, so substitutions are easily accommodated. The dining room remains quiet, even when busy. Take out is available.
