The Kona Beach Hotel has 460 newly refurbished rooms shared between two, six-story wings and includes an air-conditioned shopping mall on the ground floor. Rooms include cable TV, balcony and refrigerator with a Polynesian decor.

The Kona Beach Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa and sauna. Kona Beach Hotel fronts a 60-yard wide, half-moon shaped beach for calm water swimming and snorkeling.

The Kona Beach Restaurant and the Billfish Bar provide morning-to-evening dining on the hotel property. Kona Beach property, guests can join an island-favorite Hawaiian luau and show every Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday evening.

Kona Seaside Hotel

Kona Seaside, a 220-room hotel on five floors, is just a few steps to shops, restaurants and ocean activities. Rooms include refrigerator, air-conditioning, balcony/lanai and laundry facilities. Kona Seaside has two outside swimming pools and overlooks the ocean.

Tantes Restaurant, on the property, overlooks the ocean and serves island cuisine for lunch and dinner daily. Four restaurants are within walking distance of the Kona Seaside Mall.

Royal Kona Resort

Royal Kona Resort has 452 air-conditioned guest rooms in three buildings with balconies or patios with gardens, mountain or ocean views. Rooms include refrigerators, cable TV and windows that open to experience refreshing outside air.

Don the Beachcomber Restaurant is the Royal Kona's oceanfront, open-air setting serving Polynesian cuisine open daily for breakfast and dinner. Its Mai Tai Bar is located adjacent to the restaurant and serves lunch, appetizers and cocktails. The oceanfront, open-air Breezeway Terrace Lounge is open for lunch through late evening. Luaus take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Royal Kona Resort has a split-level freshwater pool and children's pool, as well as natural saltwater swimming lagoon. Lotus Center spa and massage services are on site.

Kona Tiki Hotel

Kona Tiki Hotel is a 15-room boutique hotel located right on the ocean with queen-size beds, ceiling fans, refrigerators and private lanais overlooking the water. There are no televisions or phones in the room.

There is a complimentary breakfast buffet around the oceanfront freshwater pool consisting of tropical fruit, toast, muffins and Kona coffee. A lava rock barbecue grill facing the ocean is available for guests.
