Rodney's Oyster House is a casual seafood restaurant that, as the name suggests, focuses on oysters. No fewer than nine varieties are available at any time, with as many as 26 varieties available during peak oyster seasons. Rodney's also serves other shellfish, such as periwinkles, scallops, crabs and clams. If you prefer fish, you can select from several daily specials that are flown in with the oysters from around the world.

Miller Tavern

Located uptown, Miller Tavern is a Toronto institution, having served as an Inn, tavern and restaurant since the 1860s. The renovated restaurant offers casual dining in its main dining room and smaller "oyster lounge." The menu offers plenty of interesting options, including a variety of oysters, flash-fried whole calamari and the popular seafood pad Thai.

Starfish Oyster Bed & Grill

Starfish is a stylish downtown restaurant that caters to a stylish downtown crowd. The restaurant is dominated by a long seafood bar, where chefs banter with the customers as they prepare a variety of oysters, clams and other shellfish. Starfish is known for its crab bisque, made from house-smoked blue crab, and its extensive daily fish specials. Always on the menu is grilled Bershire pork loin with oyster stuffing, 20 hour apples and Swiss chard.
