Pier 60, with a kid's playground and festival every evening at dusk, also is close by. Each of the cottages is individually owned and managed, with some common ground rules: Guests younger than 25 cannot rent unless accompanied by parents, no pets are allowed, and smoking is only allowed outside of the cottages. The cottages are fully equipped, including the kitchens, with most everything you should need, including baby furniture, washers and dryers, and free wireless Internet access.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeps two and is also adjacent to a much larger rental property, if that is desired. You are literally on the beach here, with only 20 steps out the door to beach access. It is also equipped with a full kitchen and dining area as well as beach chairs and bikes for guest use. Tropical landscaping, nice beach décor and furniture are provided. The cottage is located on the quiet north end of Clearwater Beach but still just a short trolley ride to all of the action. This property allows pets.
