Try the Mr Pestato Head if you're in the mood to sample a pie with homemade pesto sauce, new potatoes, red onions, feta, fresh basil, oregano and mozzarella; the Railroad Grade if you're up for a meat-heavy pie topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, red onions, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella and cheddar; or the Drag It Thru The Garden if you'd like a veggie heavy pie topped with fresh mushrooms, green peppers, red onions, marinated artichoke hearts, broccoli, tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella or soy cheese. The pies range in size from 8 to 18 inches in diameter, allowing for some good carbo-loading after a long day of hiking.
