Hotels in Fishers, Indiana
Fishers is a booming suburb about twenty-five minutes northeast of downtown Indianapolis. As of 2009, it has experienced a 600 percent population growth in the past 10 years, according to the Fishers website. With this growth has come the development of an extensive parks system. There are 395 acres of developed parks, 152 acres of undeveloped areas and over 65 miles of multipurpose trails, in addition to the historical Connor Prairie and the neighboring Geist Reservoir.
