The restaurant, The Original SoupMan, is based on the character, "The Soup Nazi" from the TV show, "Seinfeld." Soup is prepared based on market availability and the menu changes daily. Customers can order hot soup, such as lobster, crab, shrimp,or seafood combination bisque; black bean, lentil, lima bean, black eye pea soup; turkey, beef, chicken, sausage, or mushroom soup; and clear broth soups, such as chicken vegetable and chicken broccoli. Chilled soup include gazpacho, cucumber and vichyssoise. Other soup that diners can order include barley, gumbo, goulash and creamless vegetable soups, such as asparagus, mushroom and potatoes and corn.
