Costa Rica Fishing Resorts

Costa Rica Fishing Resorts
Costa Rica is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Pacific Ocean on the other with either coast being a short drive from San Jose, making your fishing choice a challenge. Costa Rica is the first country to adopt "catch and release" fishing. Fishing inland navigable rivers and lakes gives you another fishing opportunity. Costa Rica is host to the annual International Sailfish Tournament.

Depending on your choice of offshore or inland fishing, you can catch tarpon, roosterfish, billfish, blue marlin, jaco, snook, flamingo, tuna, dorado or wahoo.

Casa Mar

Guests are required to provide all their own fishing equipment, including license, tackle and poles.

Casa Mar has a comprehensive tarpon and snook tackle shop at the lodge. Individual accommodations include twin beds with private bathroom and shower.
