Kori
Located in Tribeca, Kori, which means "connection," is a traditional Korean restaurant that features healthy and creative food options. The dining environment is very cozy and intimate, allowing for casual dining or romantic evenings out where guests can enjoy lunch and dinner. The dinner menu features jun (appetizers) of crispy fried pancakes, fried sweet potato noodles, bibim men (mixed chilled buckwheat noodles) and ssam (entrees wrapped with vegetable leaves) such as duck, raw tuna, chicken, beef, octopus and sea bass. The extensive menu also features numerous mixed rice dishes that come with eel, tofu and salmon as well as options to try dumplings, rice pasta or seaweed. Guests can also enjoy a traditional Korean cocktail with their meal from Kori's unique drink list, including ginger kamikaze|, kori fresh with shiso leaf and soju (a traditional Korean liquor) or the spotted monk with kiwi and ginseng soju and cold sake. The restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner, features traditional Korean cuisine infused with Western-style dining.
