Wendella Boat Tours

Wendella Boats has been family owned and operated since 1935. Wendella was founded in 1935 at Navy Pier by a Swedish immigrant, Albert Borgstrom. The boat tours all start from Chicago's Magnificent Mile and are terrific family outings. The cruises include sightseeing tours, architecture tours, private charters, wine-tasting tours and much more. The staff are experienced tour guides trained by Wendella's Education Department. The tours are narrated and offer superb detail on Chicago's remarkable history. The Wendella boats operate seven days a week, April through November, from its dock on Michigan Avenue.
