Big Bay Lakeside Rental Cottage
Twenty-five miles outside of Marquette, the Big Bay Rental Cottage sits on the northern shores of Lake Independence. The three-bedroom cottage sleeps ten. There is no telephone onsite, but the amenities do include a color television and VCR.
The cottage's private, pristine beach allows you to wade out about 200 feet before reaching a drop off, making it ideal for families to enjoy. The cottage also has a small dock, and there is a public boat launch located nearby.
The cottage is available for rental from mid-May through October.

North Shore Cottage
The town of Calumet is centrally located in the middle of Copper Country, near what were once some of the world's richest metal mines. Just outside of Calumet is North Shore Cottage, a serene rental unit overlooking Lake Superior.
Situated adjacent to an excellent trout stream and in the middle of the wilderness, this cottage is a sportsman's paradise. The stream runs so close, in fact, that you can even fish from the deck. Amenities include a grill for cooking your fresh catch.
With one bedroom and a rollaway bed in the living room, this cottage is small, quaint, and peaceful. The cottage is available for rental year-round, and in winter there is access to snowmobile and cross country ski trails on the property. There is also a downhill ski resort located nearby.
