Carbone's Restaurant

Family-owned since 1938, Carbone's is now operated by a third generation of the Carbone family. The restaurant's lunch menu is a bare bones menu offering just a few Italian dishes but its dinner menu is where Carbone's excels. In the evening, you can try typical Italian dishes such as Meatball and Pepperoni Pizza, Salmon Picatta, Veal Parmigiani, Linguini with Clam Sauce and Fettuccini Carbonara. Desserts too are spectacular. Try a Torta di Angelo (chocolate and hazelnut ganache) or Cannoli Carbone (sweetened ricotta with lemon and orange between layers of praline). Carbone's also serves a Cafe Menu, with lighter choices and smaller portions; perfect before a long bike ride.
