The Wild Bull
Owned and operated by a Paterson native, the Wild Bull takes on a Wild West theme that makes it an instant favorite for family visitors to the area. The façade is designed like an old western saloon, while inside, the friendly waiters serve up classical American fare in a casual atmosphere. Steaks are always good here, as are the ribs. Vegetarians have a lot of large salad plates to choose from, such as the one with marinated roasted zucchini, squash and peppers mixed with ripe Manchego cheese.
