Chef Hubert Keller provides a delicious array of menu items to choose from, such as slow butter poached Maine lobster and prime fillet mignon. A vegetarian tasting menu and Chef Keller's tasting menu, which comes complete with an autographed cookbook, are also available. Top of the World Restaurant slowly rotates in a complete circle every 80 minutes while restaurant patrons dine, enjoy a glass of their favorite wine and take in the view. Popular dishes include Colorado rack of lamb and a special three-course dinner for two called chateaubriand.
