It has an outdoor pool for use seasonally and several types of suites with choice of one or two beds. This is a budget motel with lower prices and less amenities than the pricier competitors. It is clean and only 45 minuets from the Great Smoky Mountains and Dollywood amusement parks. It is designated by the city as a landmark motel and gives a taste of the old Maryville to guests. The prices range from $40 per night and up.

RT Lodge

The RT Lodge is more sophisticated motel experience. While small and less luxurious than many lodgings it covers the basics in a clean and contemporary style making a stay memorable and pleasant. It is tucked away in a wooded area close to the Maryville College. There is a main house for guest gatherings and special events, a dining room for the serving of nightly dinner and guest rooms for overnight stays. The guest rooms are furnished in antiques and a choice of one or two beds. Guests can also relax in the billard room, cocktail lounge and the many indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The facility provides volleyball courts, hiking trails and a basket ball court. The prices run from $145 per night and up.

Mountain View Inn and Suites

The Mountan View Inn and Suites has limited luxuries but a budget-friendly price. Conveniently located in the middle of downtown Maryville, it is easy access to restaurants, shopping venues and entertainent options. The motel welcomes children and pets and does have nonsmoking rooms. Each room comes with either one or two beds, cable television, free local calls and private baths. Rooms start $39.99 per night.
