Szechuan Restaurant
With three locations at South, North Roanoke and Salem, Szechuan Restaurant takes prides in serving the most authentic Chinese food. Patrons enjoy daily buffet that includes the popular Mongolian barbecue, where they select the ingredients and watch as the Chef prepares it in front. Unique menu items highlights Cho Cho beef or chicken (skewered strips of steak or chicken served with special sauce), Sea Treasure Soup (a hearty soup with crabmeat, jumbo shrimp, scallops and mushroom), Three Sailors (shrimp cooked in garlic, hot tomato and white ginger sauce) among many others. On a lighter side, the restaurant also offers dishes with low salt, sugar, cornstarch or oil, seasoned with scallions, ginger, leeks and garlic. Lunch buffet offered daily. As of December 2009, free delivery provided for a minimum lunch order of $15 and dinner of $13.

Dynasty International Super Buffet
Dynasty International located off Main Street features a Chinese all-you-can-eat buffet. The restaurant operates for its lunch buffet Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and for the dinner buffet from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Their exhaustive menu features the average, everyday Americanized Chinese varieties of lo mein, chowmein, fried rice, chicken, beef, seafood and vegetable. However, Dynasty menu comes with the assurance, "If you don't see it on the menu, we'll cook it for you."
