Huey's is another local chain, this one specializing in burgers. The ultimate in casual dining--it's the sort of place where people carve their initials into the tables--Huey's nonetheless offers a variety of juicy burgers; particularly recommendable are the Tex-Mex specialties such as the West Coast, which comes with guacamole and Monterrey Jack cheese; and the Senor Huey, that comes with jalapeno cheese.
