Pasta Nostra

Words alone cannot describe the quality of the homemade pasta at this Norwalk institution. In the 1980s, Pasta Nostra was originally a take-out place selling fresh pastas, sauces and sausages. Soon, chef Joe Bruno decided to set up a few tables and start serving simple pasta dishes at lunch. Within a few months, word of his pasta greatness had spread like wildfire, and the restaurant was born. Today, only the restaurant remains, and it's more than enough to keep Joe's loyal customers coming back time and time again. The constantly changing menu features the freshest local and imported ingredients imaginable, and for this reason many consider Pasta Nostra to be one of the best Italian restaurants in the entire tri-state area. Reservations are an absolute must, and you may even need to book several days in advance.
