Atelier Thuet
Mark Thuet is chef royalty in Toronto, and Athelier Thuet is his castle. Atelier is a small, funky space with black and white televisions showing old romantic movies and art hanging at jaunty angles. Almost everything is easy to share. Soup is sold by the liter, Charcuterie presents an array of game meats and sides on a platter, and even the restaurant's signature Schiffala, traditional Alsatian smoked and beer-braised pork shoulder can be ordered for two.
