Arbor House Inn Bed & Breakfast is located on Highway 160 in South Fork. It sits on three acres next to the South Fork of the Rio Grande River and has views of the San Juan Mountains. The inn is close to outdoor activities such as horseback riding, river rafting and golf. It is a short 30-mile trip to the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge where you can see migratory birds such as the sandhill crane, elk and other wildlife. Bruce's Snowshoe Lodge & Bed & Breakfast is located inside the Rio Grande National Forest, just 21 miles outside South Fork. The facility is close to lakes and streams where you can fish and is a great area for hunting, hiking and biking. You can even go below ground to visit the Underground Mining Museum. The bed & breakfast is nestled in an old miner's cabin with two bedrooms, den and bathroom. Amenities include TV, Internet access and laundry facilities.
