Eugene, Oregon, the second largest city in the state, has a lot of offer those who enjoy outdoor activities. Visitors can go hiking in Hendrick's Park, mountain biking in Alton Baker Park or skiing in Willamette's pass, which is just an hour outside of the city. For business meetings or celebratory functions, there are a number of ballrooms and conference rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 600 people.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites in Eugene has four floors that contain 80 rooms. Each room is furnished with cable and satellite television, in-room movies, a kitchenette with microwave oven, mini-refrigerator and a coffee and tea maker. In addition, the hotel's suites come with separate living, sleeping and dining areas. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool. For business guests, there is a business center with computer, printer, internet and fax capabilities. There is no room-service at this hotel, but there is a complimentary breakfast in the hotel's lobby each morning, as well as an in-house restaurant next to the hotel.

The 12-story Hilton Eugene and Conference Center offers guests their choice of 274 rooms in four styles: king, double queen, suite or executive room. Each room is furnished with a 32-inch LCD television, two phone lines, a coffee and tea maker and an alarm clock radio with Ipod docking station.The suite and executive rooms come with separate living, sleeping and dining areas and pull out sofas. Amenities include a fitness room, outdoor pool and bicycle rental program. Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel's in-house restaurant is open from six in the morning to ten at night daily. For business conferences or celebratory occasions, the hotel has 14 function rooms, the largest of which accommodates up to 1,500 people.
