Barley's and Hop's
Two things are the focus at Barley's and Hop's: beer and wursts. A speciality beer store with a bar and some tables for food, Barley's and Hop's keeps its menu simple, but German focused. On its menu are several kinds of German and European sausages: bratwurst, knackwurst, Polish and Slovenian kielbasa. Barley's and Hop's specialty imported beers can also be bought by the bottle to complete the German biergarten experience.

Philly Pretzel Factory
Taking a page out of the tradition of German pretzel making, Philly Pretzel Factory is good for a quick bite to eat or a tray of party fare and not much else. Philly does have "pretzel dogs," which are a hit with kids. The atmosphere is much like a standard food court restaurant.

The Original Pancake House
A breakfast-oriented pancake house doesn't sound German? This homey, traditional restaurant has all the standard breakfast dishes, but mixes it up with German dishes like a Dutch Baby, an air-filled pastry served with lemon, whipped butter and powdered sugar.
