Paymon's Mediterranean Café and Lounge is located just minutes from the Strip, and is near the Canyon Café Country Club. This café offers a variety of vegetarian Greek, Mediterranean and Indian entrees. Guests can choose from familiar vegetarian dishes such as falafel, hummus, spanikopita and baba ganoush. More adventurous diners can choose the broiled vegetable kabob or falamus, which is a falafel pita stuffed with hummus, lettuce and tomatoes. This restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. seven days a week.

Samosa Factory Indian Cuisine

This restaurant, located about 2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, is located in the Sahara Pavilion Shopping Center. Samosa Factory offers North Indian cuisine with a variety of meat-free options. Guests can choose dishes such as matter paneer, channa dal, vegetable jalfrezi or paneer korma. There are also vegetarian appetizers on the menu, including vegetable samosas, garlic naan and vegetable pakora. Nearby activities include the Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club and Patosi Park. From the nearby Strip, you can also embark on a bus tour of Lake Mead, Bryce Canyon or even the Grand Canyon. Samosa Factory Indian Cuisine is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and is closed Sundays.

Go Raw Café

This small restaurant, located 7 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip, offers a variety of vegetarian raw food appetizers and entrees. Appetizers include chips and salsa, guacamole and almond pate with raw hummus, organic vegetables and flax crackers. Guests can choose entrees such as organic veggie burgers, enchiladas, vegetarian lasagna and vegetable burritos. The restaurant also offers vegetarian sushi. Go Raw Café's proximity to the Canyon Gate Country Club makes it an attractive choice for vegetarian outdoor enthusiasts. This restaurant is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
