Joe's Noodle House

Diners seeking authentic Sichuan noodle dishes should visit Joe's Noodle House, located just miles away from downtown Washington, D.C. This restaurant serves an array of authentic noodle dishes, and the spicy pepper oil is an especially popular topping, though reviewers warn of the sauce's anesthetic, numbing qualities.
