Burge Hotel

This historic bed and breakfast, built in the 1800s, was recently renovated with modern updates but still has the original charm. Most of the cozy sized rooms have private baths and all have cable TV and wireless Internet access. There are no phones in the room but cell service is strong enough to receive and make calls. Hearty breakfasts are provided each morning. The Burge Hotel is close to a public golf course and public indoor pool. Several restaurants are close by, including Mexican and Chinese.

Golden Plains Motel

The Golden Plains Motel is close to game hunting and the Holyoke Golf Course in the high plains of eastern Colorado. Rooms come with two queen beds, free local calls and a TV with cable. Rooms in the newer section of the motel have a fridge and microwave. High-speed Internet is also available in all rooms. The Blisties Bar & Grill and The Skillet are close by for dining. The Golden Plains Recreation Center, Scormor Lanes and the Holyoke Swimming Pool‎ are also close by.

Platte Valley Inn

Thirty miles north of Holyoke is the town of Julesburg and the Platte Valley Inn. On the border of Colorado and Nebraska, this hotel has satellite TV, high-speed wireless Internet and a heated swimming pool. The Platte Valley restaurant is on the property and the Inn is less than 2 miles from the NHRA Julesburg Drag Strip, a historic Pony Express stop, Lake McConaughy and the South Platte River Trail.
