This café-style restaurant serves breakfast, lunch or brunch, and dinner. Diners can order breakfast from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The restaurant serves its special "full mosaic breakfast," omelettes, side orders and a kid's menu for breakfast. At lunch, which the eatery serves until 5 p.m., patrons can dine on petite plates, salads, sandwiches, soups and side dishes. In addition to the petite plates, soups, salads, and side dishes, the restaurant offers main course dishes for dinner. Specialty dishes include boeuf bourguignon, seared pacific salmon filet; pecan crusted Cherokee mountain trout, and parmesan paprika chicken picatta. Crepes, crème brulee, warm chocolate financier, café au lait and many more comprise the dessert menu. The restaurant serves beer, wine, milk shakes, bottled water and fountain sodas in addition to typical beverages.
Mosaic is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
