Cody, Wyoming Hotels & Motels
Named after William Frederick Cody, aka Buffalo Bill, Cody is the county seat of Park County in Wyoming. The city is near the legendary Yellowstone National Park; thus, it does not lack for adventure opportunities. Hike the twists and turns of the Bighorn Mountains or climb the majestic waterfalls of the Shoshone River. Other ways to enjoy the great outdoors in the Wild West that is Cody are back-country tours into the wilderness; trout fishing in the many rivers, streams and lakes; whitewater rafting and kayaking through class 2, 3 and 4 runs; hunting of wild game like moose, elk, antelope, mule deer and bighorn sheep; horseback riding and mountain biking. Hotels and motels in Cody offer a retreat when it's time to call it day.
