Burger Bar (at the Mandalay Bay)
Featuring innovative creations, the Burger Bar offers hamburgers like you have never seen before. Top your perfectly done burger with traditional fare such as lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, but if you really want to experience the Burger Bar, try black truffles, sauerkraut, sliced zucchini, asparagus or brown gravy. If one meat isn't enough for you, add one of four flavors of bacon (including cinnamon) or top your burger with smoked salmon, marinated anchovies or grilled half lobster. You can safely say that the Burger Bar is unique even in a city that prides itself on the unique and outlandish. Of course, standard fries are an option, (though you must choose between skinny or fat) but why not opt for sweet potato fries or buttermilk zucchini fries? If you have won big at the blackjack table, give the Rossini a try--a Kobe beef burger named after a 19th-century Italian composer whose love for fine food was legendary. If you can make room for dessert, try one of its shakes or a chocolate burger (don't worry, no meat is involved here-- it uses a doughnut for a base). The Burger Bar is open until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Cheeseburger, Las Vegas (inside Planet Hollywood)
Cheeseburger Las Vegas is a Hawaiian oasis in the middle of the desert. Here, you can choose from a number of different cheeseburgers, including "Hawaii's Own Cheeseburger with an Attitude." There is even a cheeseburger topped with a fried egg and crispy bacon. Originating in Hawaii, the Sin City version is located amid the Miracle Mile shops in front of the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. This is the perfect spot for people watching before or after your long adventurous day. It is even open for breakfast. Boasting "five napkin cheeseburgers" galore, you will most certainly not go hungry. Be sure to order a basket of its seasoned fries, which is enough to feed the whole table (or someone with an enormous appetite). Turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches and grilled portobello sandwiches are offered as a healthier alternative. Don't forget to order the Maui Mud Pie topped with Kona coffee ice cream for dessert even after you've stuffed yourself. It is well worth the indulgence. Cheeseburger, Las Vegas is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
