The Kitchen
The Kitchen is perhaps one of the most original eco-conscious restaurants in Boulder. Generated off of 100-percent wind power, recycling and reusing almost 100 percent of its products, the restaurant mostly serves local, organic produce from nearby farms in Boulder County. The restaurant is split into two levels: the Kitchen, located on the main level, and the Upstairs, located on the second level. The Kitchen boasts "Community Hour" (where you can share plates and platters created by the chef). Servers have extensive knowledge about the vast wine list, so be sure to inquire for wine pairings with your roasted chicken, sweet potatoes fries or duck platter.
