The Orangery Restaurant

Established in 1971, the Orangery Restaurant features classic French and international fare with a Southern twist. Situated in an elegant dining quarters, guests can sample from its lunch or dinner menu. The seasonal dinner menu features appetizers such as beef carpaccio, duck leg confit, foie gras, trout salad, tuna tartare and a cheese plate, as well as salads, sandwiches, pasta and entrée specialties. Some lunch and dinner entrees include lamb shank, breast of luck, grilled escolar, veal medallions, quiche, lobster and mushroom crepes, stuffed chicken, and pork tenderloin. The restaurant also has a substantial wine menu with 50 varieties available by the bottle from such regions as France, Spain, Portugal, Oregon and California.The Orangery has a dress code. Diners are expected to wear collared casual shirts and shorts are not allowed.

Le Parigo

A fine dining eatery in Knoxville, Le Parigo specializes in French food and wine. Open only for dinner, guests can enjoy traditional French food offerings, such as appetizers of soup, escargots, crab cakes, and mussels. Some notable main dishes include filet mignon, rack of lamb, salmon, veal, roasted chicken and Le Parigo's daily specials.
