What makes the Lake Lodge Hotel special is that it is located on the beach of Bear Lake. The hotel, which is more like a cabin on the water, has three different floor plans, all under a single roof. One plan sleeps eight and comes with a fireplace, kitchen, cable and air conditioning. There is a studio plan that sleeps four and features the same amenities. Finally, one is a standard hotel room that sleeps four and offers a TV, air conditioning and a bathroom. Slip out your door and partake in scuba diving. The water on the eastern side is 208 feet deep with plenty of caverns to explore. Bring your own equipment.

Located at the center of Garden City, which itself lies on the shore of Bear Lake, the Lodge at Bear Lake is known for its clean rooms, affordable rates and convenient location to all of Garden City's shops and restaurants. The Holiday Inn Express Suites are a few minutes from Bear Lake, near Logan, Utah. While not ideally on the water, the Express Suites offer a plethora of amenities away from the crowds. Enjoy a hot breakfast buffet, indoor pool, gym and wireless Internet. Locally you could visit the Logan Temple or make you could make the one hour drive to Salt Lake City. Alternatively, if you cannot resist the pull of Bear Lake, take a bike ride down the Bear Lake Scenic Trail. Covering five miles in the Garden City area, you'll see Bear Lake in all its glory.
