Hotels in Middlefield, Ohio
Middlefield is a small, primarily Amish village in Ohio, located about an hour's drive east of Cleveland. The quiet country setting is also host to a number of trails and parks, including a fishing area, two large child play fountains, multiple playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball fields, volleyball courts, soccer fields, a skate park and a nine-hole disc golf course. And, although the lodging options within the actual village are quite slim, there are a number of small hotels and inns within just a few miles.

The Farm House

This four-bedroom, renovated 19th century farmhouse is really the only lodging option for visitors within the actual boundaries Middlefield. Set among a 100-acre Amish farm, including forests, rolling hills and a lake that provides a second fishing option (in addition to the town's public catch-and-release pond), The Farm House is an authentic country getaway.

The house is rented out as a whole, and rates vary depending on the number of occupants and time of year. Amenities include: four bedrooms with telephones, 1.5 bathrooms, fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR, computer with high-speed Internet access, central air conditioning/heating, fax/message machine, piano and horse stable.
