The town of Wilton is located in Saratoga County in the state of New York. Wilton is a small town with lakes, streams, rivers and creeks, making it an ideal summer vacation destination. It also boasts 300 acres of open space used for recreational activities with cabins. You can enjoy year-round outdoor activities such as fishing and exploring hiking trails. Wilton also has a shopping district with stores, malls and restaurants where families can dine.

Chez Pierre Restaurant

Chez Pierre Restaurant is a French fine dining restaurant offering classical country French cuisine such as Chateaubriand for Two, Roast Duckling, Frog Legs Provencal and Lobster Newburg, aside from the owners' creations. After a meal, you can choose from hot or cold hors d'oeuvres and classic French desserts. A full bar and a wine list with local and imported wines and champagnes are also available. Chez Pierre caters during the holidays and for special occasions, including parties, wedding rehearsal dinners and receptions. Dinner is served from Tuesday to Friday from 5:30 to 10 p.m., Saturdays from 5 to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 5 to 9 p.m. During the racing season it is open from 5 to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Everglades BBQ and Seafood is a restaurant that serves Florida specialties, fresh seafood, and meats right off the grill. Its menu also includes starters, side dishes, salads and a kids menu. You can also choose from a list of lighter meals that include sandwiches, wraps and burgers.

Additionally, you can choose to mix and match items on the menu for a combination portion of any two main dishes. All dinners are served with a corn muffin and a choice of two side dishes. Beer and wine is served and you can choose takeout or dine in the covered dining room, on the patio or in the backyard. Everglades BBQ and Seafood is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m. and every day during track season.

Pizza Etc 2 boasts as having the best pizza in the Ballston Spa and Saratoga region. It has been in business since 1986 and serves pizza, hot and cold sub sandwiches, chicken wings, calzone, salads, tacos, burgers, pastas and specialty breads. Pizza Etc 2 has a pizza of the month and offers gift cards and catering service. Specialty combo meals are also served as is a family deal special of a 12-slice cheese pizza, 12 chicken wings and a two-liter bottle of soda. You can call ahead for orders, and operating hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
