Rooftop Restaurants in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Rooftop Restaurants in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Rooftop dining can be the pinnacle way of enjoying al fresco meals. Often it can be an escape from the noisy city. Some would say it's an amazing way to better understand the city you are in when you are high atop its buildings. With Brooklyn being in such a large city, the choices for rooftop restaurants are vast.

Juliette

Juliette is a quaint restaurant. However, once inside the atmosphere is kind and positive. The rooftop deck is an excellent place to escape the noisiness of the city. Juliette has an incredible French menu, and the wait is short so you can continue your adventures with a full belly. Some recommended dishes would be its eggs benedict for brunch. If you're in the mood for a bit more of a heavy meal, the roasted Colorado lamb may be what you're looking for. If wine is something you're looking for, the Juliette doesn't disappoint; it has a vast array of red wines, blushes and whites.

Alma

Alma is located on the gritty streets of Brooklyn. However, inside is a fine and authentic Mexican experience. It offers green and healthy alternatives versus greasy and cheap versions of Mexican food. The summer season gives Alma the chance to show off its fantastic seafood menu. The roof terrace complements the seafood as you view the skyline of Manhattan and the beautiful Hudson River. There is no need to worry about feeling chilly in the fall and winter season. Alma's rooftop terrace is heated and can allow you to take in the beautiful views year-round. Be sure to make reservations for dusk. The setting sun adds to the wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant.

Vue

Aptly named, Vue is an amazing restaurant located atop the Hotel Le Bleu in Brooklyn. You can dine al fresco and take in the sweeping views of New York while planning where to venture to next. The dinner menu is a throwback to down-home American cooking with a sense of humor. It is recommended to try the fried chicken with Asian pear slaw and garlic chive mashed potatoes. Another interesting meal would be "The Garden of Dreams, Too Many Vegetables to List." You can finish your night with classic desserts such as creme brulee and chocolate molten cake.
