Founded 70 years ago, the Mill at Spring Lake Heights is a popular restaurant renowned for its banquet facility and reasonably priced menu. In addition to the Mill's lunch and dinner options the restaurant also features a brunch menu that specializes in classic American fare. Some selections include: custom omelets, smoked salmon, waffles, pancakes, eggs benedict, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and a carving station with prime rib and ham, to name a few choices. The brunch, served buffet style also features salad, pasta, chicken, seafood and much more. The menu also includes selections for children as well as classic brunch drink options such as a Bloody Mary, Mimosa, and champagne. Guests can also look forward to enjoying their brunch in the Mill's gorgeous lakeside seated area during the summer and spring months.

Rats Restaurant

Situated on the 22-acre Grounds for Sculpture park, Rat's Restaurant is a unique eatery where guests can dine on French food in one of the space's five dining areas, looking over unique art, sitting by fireplaces and taking in the views of the adjoining park. The restaurant is often considered a romantic dining option in New Jersey, which features a lunch, dinner, and brunch menu. The brunch menu is price-fixed at $39 per person (plus tax and gratuity), which a selection from the cold buffet such as "salads, fruits, terrines, sushi, assorted breads, pastries and croissants," plated caviar that comes with frozen vodka and a dessert buffet. The brunch entrees include a selection of one item such as an omelet, eggs benedict, crepes, French toast, NY strip steak with fries, pasta, chicken salad, and a trout salad, to name a few choices. All brunch also includes a free glass of champagne or mimosa, with additional drinks priced at $6 each. The restaurant can also accommodate children, but the price-fixed cost does not change.

Le Peep Restaurant

Specializing in traditional American breakfast fare, Le Peep Restaurant is the quintessential place to find all of your morning staples in New Jersey. The brunch menu features a wide-variety of selections such as omelets, egg white dishes, oatmeal, pancakes, French toast, crepes, salads, sandwiches, and fried egg dishes. The restaurant also has their own twist on classic dishes such as pampered eggs where guests can choose to have a Bumper Crop dish, which comes with "mushrooms, broccoli and cream cheese cuddled together in scrambled eggs and a pinch of dill weed" or a Oke Doke Artichoke, which comes with "scrambled eggs artichoke, roasted red peppers, spinach, garlic, diced chicken, and mozzarella cheese," according to lepeep.com. Guests can also enjoy a beverage at Le Peep, which includes coffee, tea, juices, and smoothies.
