Located just to the east of Paramus, Fair Lawn is surrounded by historical sites and has three different shopping districts as well as easy access to two train stations. Containing over a dozen parks and recreational facilities, Fair Lawn is also located just to the south of lush forests, picturesque mountains and almost countless bodies of water, providing opportunities for a myriad of outdoor activities.

Oceanos Oyster Bar and Sea Grill

Oceanos Oyster Bar and Sea Grill serves Mediterranean-style dishes in a dining room furnished in natural materials. Fish is hand selected each morning, olives and olive oil come from the owner's actual groves in Greece and rustic breads are baked fresh daily. Menu selections include standards like grilled lobster and herb-crusted salmon as well as house specialties like swordfish kabob. In addition to standard dining, Oceanos also hosts special events. The restaurant is open for lunch on Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday from 4 to 11 p.m., Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 10 p.m.

River Palm Terrace

The River Palm Terrace opened the doors to its three locations in 1983 and has been serving hand-selected beef dry-aged for 28 days that each restaurant's staff butcher hand-cuts daily ever since. Seafood is purchased locally or flown in every day. The restaurant features a selection of wines that earned a Wine Spectator Award and is available for special events. It is open for lunch on Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. and for dinner on Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m.

Campania Restaurant

With its casual decor, patrons of Campania can tell upon entering that this is a restaurant all about the food. An Italian eatery with a smaller menu, Campania has re-earned its reputation since being featured in 2008 on the television show Kitchen Nightmares. Specialties include seafood, pork, chicken and pasta dishes as well as steaks and chops as the market dictates. Also featuring an impressive wine list, Campania is open for both dinner and "power lunch" service.
