The Melting Pot

The dim lights, cozy booth seating and singular cuisine at the Melting Pot make it a romantic dinner spot for many people. You and your date share a single pot of fondue (a dipping sauce usually made of broth or cheese), which helps create a feeling of intimacy. Your server provides long, two-prong forks that you use to skewer meat or vegetables on before you dip them into the fondue. For dessert, you can order a fondue pot of chocolate and a plate of fresh fruit. It is not uncommon to see couples feed each other chocolate-dipped desserts while they sip wine. Call ahead to make a reservation at least two days in advance for weekdays and two weeks in advance for weekends. Do not forget to ask about the limousine or town car rentals when you call to make a reservation. The Melting Pot can arrange to have a car ready to pick up and drop off you and your date.

Dock Café

The Dock Café provides you with a riverside location where you can enjoy a private night of dining with someone special to you. If the weather permits, outdoor seating is available so you can experience the sunset over the river first hand. If your seat is inside the restaurant, you can still enjoy a romantic atmosphere with dim lighting and wide windows overlooking the riverside. Drink selections such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are available to accompany your dinner.
